We connect sellers with buyers through a local pickup model: items stay where they are, and sellers can reach buyers everywhere. No packing, no shipping headaches — just authentic pieces finding new homes.

All items must meet at least one of these criteria:
- Vintage — 20 or more years old
- Antique — 100 or more years old
- Handmade / Artisan — crafted by hand with care and skill

For buyers: Browse and reserve items. Your payment is pre-authorized (not charged yet) when you reserve. Once the seller drops off your item, you'll receive an email with pickup details and a deadline. Pick it up, and your payment completes.

No — you can checkout as a guest. We'll encourage you to create an account after your purchase so you can track your order, manage pickups, and save favorites, but it's entirely optional.
Your card is pre-authorized (reserved, not charged) when you place your order. This confirms you have the funds and reserves the item for you — giving sellers confidence that buyers are serious.

All sales are final. Annorlunda Market operates on a buyer-beware basis. We do not authenticate items, assess condition, or take physical inventory — we are a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

If an item is clearly and significantly not as described, you may raise this with the pickup location associate at the time of pickup, and the transaction can be cancelled before your card is charged.

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout via Stripe Tax, based on your location and the pickup location. The tax amount will be shown clearly before you confirm your purchase.

Getting started takes just a few steps:
- Create a vendor account — sign up and select "Vendor" as your role
- Connect your Stripe account — takes about 5 minutes; this is how you get paid
- List your items — add photos, descriptions, and pricing
- Get verified — new listings outside booths or shops are reviewed by Annorlunda staff to ensure they meet our criteria
All seller payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. When you sign up as a vendor, you'll connect or create a free Stripe account — this typically takes about 5 minutes.
Once a buyer picks up their item, your payment is transferred directly to your Stripe account, minus our platform fee. Stripe then deposits it to your bank account on their standard schedule.

When a buyer reserves your item, you have 48 hours to drop it off at the designated pickup location. A 24-hour buffer is automatically added for orders placed on a Friday or Saturday.

Annorlunda Market provides up to $500 platform protection (or the sale price of the item, whichever is less) in the case of a qualifying loss due to circumstances outside anyone's reasonable control (acts of God, unforeseen events, etc.).

When you purchase an item, it's assigned to a pickup location — typically a local antique mall, shop, or trusted pickup partner. Here's the full flow:
- Buyer reserves item → payment pre-authorized
- Seller drops off item at pickup location within 48 hours
- Pickup location marks item as ready
- Buyer receives email with pickup location, instructions, and deadline
- Buyer picks up item within 7 days → payment completes
Trusted pickup locations are vetted community businesses — such as local studios, boutiques, or neighborhood shops — that aren't antique or vintage venues themselves but want to support their community and earn a little revenue by facilitating item drop-off and pickup on behalf of sellers.

Annorlunda Market gives antique malls and shops a full online sales platform. Malls can manage vendors, booths, rent collection, POS transactions, and online checkout — all in one place.
Buyers can browse your vendors' items online and arrange pickup in-store. Your staff manage the handoff. You earn a commission on each transaction while your vendors get online exposure they couldn't get on their own.
